GGPoker expressed confidence in surpassing the originally announced number of online qualifiers for the upcoming WSOP Paradise stop in the Bahamas.
Although the precise count of online qualifiers remains undisclosed, the operator asserts that it will surpass the initially declared 1000 qualifiers from the summer.
“We’re well on track to exceed our initial aim of sending 1,000 players to WSOP Paradise,” Paul Burke, Head of PR at GGPoker, told PRO. “We are confident that we’ll top that number well ahead of schedule as our satellites (across both GGPoker and ClubGG) are performing even better than expected.”
The WSOP Paradise stop is just around the corner, scheduled at the Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island from December 3 to 14. Over $50 million is guaranteed, spanning 15 bracelet events. Among them, three are designated as OnLive events — a hybrid structure where the initial stage of the tournament is played on the GGPoker platform.
GGPoker is hosting the most extensive online satellite program to date to ensure these ambitious numbers are met.
