Amaya’s new sports betting vertical BetStars will get a dedicated marketing campaign for 2016 run by newly appointed lead strategy and creative agency Crispin Porter + Bogusky (CP+B).
“It is rare to be in at the start of such a journey for a brand, to help establish it and build the foundations for future success,” said Richard Pinder, CP+B’s UK and International CEO. CP+B’s prior gaming experience was with Paddy Power with whom it worked for over three years until March 2015.
Amaya rebranded its sports betting operations to BetStars late last year, but until now the business has been very much in soft-launch mode with minimal marketing.
